What to Expect in a Session
Each session is personalised to where you are and what you need. We will begin with a relaxed, supportive chat to explore how I can help. Then, through guided hypnosis, we will begin shifting patterns gently. Sessions are approximately 55 minutes and are available virtually or in person. Many clients begin to notice changes within a few sessions.
