Most people describe sessions as deeply relaxing and surprisingly natural. You won't be "put to sleep" or lose awareness, you'll simply feel calm and focused. Many clients leave feeling lighter and more at ease than they expected.
This varies from person to person depending on your goals and circumstances. Some people notice significant shifts in as few as 3-6 sessions, while others prefer longer-term support.
